Oddly interpretative zorrillo or mofeta blue, pink, and electric purple skunk by one of Arrazola's original carvers. This is a large scale piece fashioned in the dimensions of Oaxacan carvings of the 1980's and 90's using larger heavier wood. Cortez sculpts the body from a single piece of wood and separately carves the separate tail. We term this alebrije as it is a creature that blurs the lines between two animals. Having the characteristics of a cat and racoon along with skunk this is the true spirit of the art form celebrated over decades.
Dimensions Approx. 12" L x 7" tall
